A momonga is a Japanese dwarf flying squirrel.

Ezo is a Japanese name that is used (historically) to refer to the lands towards the north of Japan.

So this is a Japanese dwarf flying squirrel from Hokkaido!

Well, I think it's from Hokkaido as (1) it's a northern island, and (2) that's where Shrimp got this card!
