PICCADILLY CIRCUS c1929
Illuminated advertisements have been a feature of Piccadilly Circus since before the first world war. The Guinness Clock can be seen where the McDonalds' advert is today, whilst the Wrigley's chewing gum advert is on the opposite corner.
