I've been collecting postcards on and off since I was a kid - exchanging them while trading zines, buying them everytime I'm on vacation, and getting them from family members who went overseas. In January 2007 I discovered Swap-Bot, and from then on I started collecting more actively! Since then I also started to swap on Postcrossing and the Postcrossing Forums.

Adopted from an animal shelter, this once homless kitten is now spayed and living happily and healthier with a loving family. An estimated 8-10 million unwanted animals are taken in by shelters each year, in addition to the tens of millions of stray and feral animals in our neighborhoods. Spaying or neutering helps to address behavioral issues, has health benefits and prevents unwanted animals from being born. It is good for you, good for your pet, and good for your community!
