Sacred Way at the Ming Tombs

The Ming Tombs is a term given to the mausoleums of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty. The Sacred Way that leads to the tombs is flanked by a group of stone sculptures, 24 in animal and 12 in human forms. UNESCO designated the Ming Tombs as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 2003.
